Zenoori takes full responsibility for production mistakes. If we couldn't deliver the products in time, we could refund totally after sending a mail of confirmation. If we send you the wrong set or size, we would gladly send you a whole new set for free. Please consider sending an email to us when you have a problem using press-on nails.

How to measure your nails:
1. Place transparent tape across the largest part of each nail.
2. Use a pen to mark the two sides of your nail on the tape.
3. Remove the tape and measure the marked length with a ruler.
4. Compare the length of each nail with the size chart to find your suitable size.
5. Pick the proper size when ordering press-on nails so we can prepare the sets accordingly.
